On Oct.29th 2008. to Oct.30th,2008.G.M. Ma Encheng led a team to communicate and negotiate with main leaders of Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power Research and water section of Guangdong province Agriculture & Water Resources Department for the Transformation of safety rural drinking water in Guangdong province.

G.M. Ma Encheng of Tianjin Ganquan Group , Manager Yangfei in the designing dept.of the Tianjin Ganquan Group, Zeng Jiansheng in Guangdong province Agriculture & Water Resources Department, General manager Huang Bensheng in Guangdong water resource & Hydroelectric Power technology academe , the principal in Tianjin Ganquan Group guandong office and others in Guangdong province Water Resources Department who attend the meeting.

According to the relative experience of Tianjin Ganquan, Manager Yangfei in the designing dept.of the Tianjin Ganquan Group introduced series of products of the agriculture water transforming , and communicated with them, simultaneity, the two sides make the deep discussion and negotiation for the Guandong province rural drinking water safety transforming and the responsibility for Ganquan’s bearing.

They have make the agreement on many points in this meeting, it’s make a big process to promote tianjian Ganquan attending to the starting of Guandong province agriculture water transforming item.
